車も家まで取りに来てくださり、代車も置いて下さり２日目には持ってきて下さいました。

とても感動したのは、車の外も中もピッカピカに磨いてくださっており、後部ドアにへこみキズがあったのですが、そこに付着していた黒い塗料みたいなものもキレイに磨いて下さっており、目立たないようにしてくださっていました。
