I was in a hurry to find a car due to my own circumstances, and I was able to purchase one from them.

Even though I rushed them, they didn't just randomly search for a car; they carefully introduced me to one in good condition.

Last time, a year ago, in the middle of the Obon holiday, my car's steering wheel stopped working, and they towed it from the parking lot where it had been left unattended, and repaired it thoroughly and carefully. They are a kind and courteous auto shop.

I've received so much help from you, starting with the complete repaint of my NC Roadster, and continuing with all sorts of other minor issues.

You've been incredibly helpful, giving thoughtful advice even on small problems, and later, when it came to repairing my Serena and consulting about my RX-8, you've given me excellent advice. You've become a vital shop for my family, the place we turn to for help whenever we have a problem.

I look forward to continuing to rely on you in the future.

It's so annoying when people park on the street as if it's the most natural thing in the world.

My EK Wagon, which is about five years old, had its air conditioner broken down, so I asked them to repair it.

They explained everything very carefully and did the repair for half the initial estimate, at 3,000 yen. It was so cheap I almost felt guilty!

They removed the bumper to inspect the air conditioning piping, as there might be a leak somewhere. However, they couldn't find any major holes, so to keep costs down, they only refilled the refrigerant and said they would monitor it. If the refrigerant leaks again, they'll add sealant to the air conditioning system.

They even came to my house to pick up my car, provided a loaner car, and delivered my car back the next day.

What impressed me the most was that they polished both the inside and outside of my car until it was sparkling clean. There was a dent on the rear door, but they even polished off the black paint-like substance that was stuck to it, making it barely noticeable.

Even in all of Hirakata, I've never seen such a thorough and attentive service at a car repair shop! I'm incredibly grateful!

Since moving to Hirakata, I have been asking them to handle all after-sales care for the four imported cars I own, including bodywork, painting, and part installation, for the past two years. I am very satisfied with this shop's price, speed, and advice, and I can trust them. They have also not discriminated against imported cars.
You can rely on them for vehicle purchase, inspection, repairs, and trade-in all in one place.
Even when I had a flat tire, they had me back in the car the next day, and the president is very kind and understanding of my circumstances.
